Zëri Ynë was born from the powerful vision of Leonora Abdullai, a passionate community leader who dedicated her life to uniting and uplifting the Albanian community. Her dream is simple yet profound: to create a space where Albanians, no matter where they lived, could come together, celebrate their roots, and support one another.
For years, Leonora brought that vision to life through tireless dedication and love for her people. She hosted vibrant March 8th celebrations honoring Albanian women, and organized 28 Nëntori (Albanian Flag Day) workshops for children, teaching them about our history, pride, and cultural identity. She led fundraisers that sent critical support back home to families and individuals in need—never forgetting where we came from.
Leonora became a pillar of the Albanian community in the diaspora, her energy and voice echoing through every event, every cause, and every life she touched. Today, her legacy continues as she welcomes new generations into Zëri Ynë, ensuring that her voice, and the mission she began, continue to inspire and unite our people for years to come.
